It was my first experience with this company and I am grateful they had the item I needed in stock where others did not. Initial order communication was immediate as expected. Not long afterwards, I received a “your item has shipped” update with the expected arrival day. I was immediately impressed by the level of efficiency they displayed as sometimes you get no notification at all from other companies. The package arrived earlier than I thought it would and the packaging BLEW MY MIND! Three levels of protection tells me they take great care. I had to break into it to free it up!! Thank you Shark and Reef. You have earned additional future orders from me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
